FAQ

  • What is cosmetic tattoing?

Cosmetic tattooing is semi-permanent makeup that enhances facial features by implanting pigment into the skin. Common treatments include eyebrow tattooing (such as microblading or powder brows) and lip blush. The results are designed to look natural and fade gradually over time.

  • How long will my tattoo last?

Results typically last between 1-4 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare. Sun protection and skincare can help extend results.

  • Is Cosmetic Tattooing painful?

Most clients experience mild to moderate discomfort, often described as a scratching sensation. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the treatment to keep you as comfortable as possible.

  • What will the healing process look like?

After treatment, the area will go through a healing phase that includes slight redness, swelling, and flaking. The pigment may look slightly darker at first but will soften as it heals. Full healing usually takes 7–14 days, and the final colour settles after about 4–6 weeks.

  • What is included in tattooing treatments?

Your appointment includes a full consultation, precise brow or lip mapping, the tattooing procedure, and thorough aftercare instructions and products.

  • Do you offer corrections of previous tattoo?

Yes, we can assess old or faded cosmetic tattoos and discuss correction or lightening options. However, full removals may require referral to a laser technician.

  • Can i still get a brow tint if ive had cosmetic tattooing?

Yes! A tint can help enhance your brow hairs and define your overall shape, even if you've had cosmetic tattooing. It’s a great way to refresh your look between tattoo touch-ups.
