Cancellation & Booking Policy
At AG Beauty Lab, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients and to protect the time of our artist, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following booking and cancellation policy:
Appointments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments:
$100 deposit for all cosmetic tattoo services (e.g. Lip Blush, Brow Tattoo).
$20 deposit for brow sculpt and tint services.
$55 consultation fee for tattoo consultations (redeemable toward your procedure if booked). Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your treatment and are required at the time of booking.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. We run a carefully timed schedule to respect all bookings and ensure you receive the full treatment experience.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are feeling unwell or have a medical emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. While we are understanding, repeated late cancellations, even due to illness may result in a lost deposit.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services. Results from cosmetic tattooing vary depending on skin type, healing, lifestyle, and aftercare. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
Touch Up sessions
Touch-up sessions (Tattoo Refresh) must be booked within 2 years of your initial appointment to receive the discounted rate. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their refresh session is scheduled within this timeframe.
